The Flag Burning Ammendment

This link is from the House of Representatives archive of a remark by Congressman Pete Stark of California made back in 1999. Personally, I think it covers this issue and needs no further embelishment. Those who would divert our attention from substantive issues by pushing this ammendment do not have the best interests of this country at heart. Think about it...

Note: while this ammendment has languished in Congress for years, it now has new life and actually seems possible that it will be passed. God help us all....
