Again the Copyright rant

Well, here we have a little story from C|Net.com which again points to the parasites who feed off the creative as being boils on society's rump. Seems that a judge has ruled that it is illegal to circumvent the antipiracy technology on commercial DVDs, but not that it is actually illegal to copy said DVDs for personal use or protection (i.e. should the original disk become unplayable because the kids were using it for a frisbee.) Anyhow, read the story and then take your blood pressure meds; I know I needed them by the time I finished reading...
