The Opening

Today is my daughter's first public (aside from the Open Studio she threw in her "studio" (read: apartment)) showing of her art since she has become a full time artist. For her, it is like giving birth with all the attendent swoops and soars of emotion. For my better half and me, it is the culmination of what we knew her life was pointed at. I hope that all goes well and that she is happy with the turn out. This show is in the Clarence Dillon Library in Bedminster, New Jersey, which is not one of the artistic hot beds of the area. However, one has to start somewhere, eh? Here is a sample of what is being shown:
