It went great! In my heart I was worried that the turn out would be sparse. It wasn't. At any time between 5 and 8 we had at least 20 people milling around looking, eating and chatting. We couldn't have asked for more. And then one of her *big* paintings sold (which paid for the whole affair and thensome, thank-you) and that made it even sweeter. So, the show and the website have resulted in the sale of at least two paintings, which make both efforts profit centers. I kid-you-not when I say this young lady will be seen 100 years hence as one of the bright lights of the early-mid Twenty First Century. She is that talented. If you live anywhere near Bedminster, or have time to make the trek from where ever, this is a good investment of your time. And, if you have the resources to actually buy one, so much the better. So now I'm going to take my aching, cold virus ridden body off to bed. I need another good eight to ten hours of sleep to get on top of this bug. I really hate being sick!
